JAMES E. EVANS, Chairman
Senior Vice President and General Counsel, American Financial Group, Inc.

James Evans has served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of American Financial Group (AFG) since April 1995. He is a member of AFG's Board of Directors. Evans joined American Financial Corporation in July 1976 as Vice President and General Counsel. He began his career as an attorney with Keating, Muething and Klekamp in 1970, where he spent six years.  Mr. Evans is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Ohio Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

HARRY H. SANTEN, President
Private Attorney, Attorney at Law

Harry Santen has served as a lawyer in Cincinnati since 1957.  He has founded and chaired organizations such as The Mediation Center and the Volunteer Lawyers for the Poor Foundation.  In addition, Santen is the former President and Chairman of the following Boards: Legal Aid Society in Cincinnati, Cincinnati Opera Association, and the Madeira and Indian Hill Fire Company.  Mr. Santen also served as the Chairman of CISE for ten years and as the President and Chairperson of the Cincinnati Bar Association.

DR. PATRICIA L. WHITE, Vice President
Director, The Summit Country Day School Upper School

Dr. Pat White is currently the Director of The Summit Country Day Upper School.  Dr. White has a plethora of experience in education, having served as an educator, guidance counselor, and college counselor for numerous years.  Dr. White earned an Ed. D. in Educational Foundations from the University of Cincinnati.  She currently serves on several advisory boards, including those of Ohio State University, Miami University, College Board, and ACT.

H. NICHOLAS RAGLAND, III, Vice President, Treasurer
Chairman, Gorilla Glue Company, Inc.

Nick Ragland has served as the Chairman of the Gorilla Glue Company since 2003.  He served as President of the Lutz File & Tool Company from 1983 – 2002.  Ragland has served on several boards throughout the years, some of which include The Summit Country Day Board of Trustees, the Board of Directors of the Sisters of Notre Dame de Namur, and the Board of Directors of CISE.  Mr. Ragland currently serves on the Executive Committee of CISE.

JENNIFER G. WILLIAMS, Vice President
Community Advocate

Jennifer Williams joined the Leadership Scholars Board in the spring of 2008.  Mrs. Williams received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Regis University.  She served as an Interior Designer with Greiwe Interiors for several years.  Mrs. Williams is currently a community advocate who joined the Board of Leadership Scholars to add value in several ways, including serving as an academic advocate for the scholars and helping coordinate our numerous events.
