LEADERSHIP SCHOLARS MANAGEMENT TEAM

TRACY T. MOORE II, Executive Director

Tracy Moore graduated from Harvard College with a bachelor's degree in Classics.  In college, he served as the President of the Harvard Black Men’s Forum and First Class Marshal (President) of his Harvard Class.  He currently serves on the Board of Directors/Trustees of: The Summit Country Day School; Summit Alumni Association; Catholic Inner-City Schools Education (CISE) Fund Advisory Board; Harvard Club of Cincinnati; and Roger Bacon High School. Tracy is a member of the Rotary Club of Cincinnati and C-Change Alumni Association. He also sells his mother's artwork (www.sharonricketts.com). Tracy joined the Leadership Scholars Family in February of 2007.


TARA N. BONISTALL, Associate Director

Tara Bonistall graduated from the University of Kentucky with bachelor's degrees in Social Work and Psychology. In college, she served as the Director of the Student Volunteer Center and received the presitigious Gaines Fellowship for the Humanities. Tara has held various volunteer and non-profit management roles, including working with students from the University of Cincinnati. She currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Cincinnati Association of Volunteer Administrators. Tara also volunteers with the Cincinnati Ballet, the WAVE Foundation of the Newport Aquarium, and Bake Me Home, and she is a member of the C-Change Alumni Association. Tara joined the Leadership Scholars Family in January of 2010.

LEE A. SMITH, Executive Assistant

Lee Smith graduated from West Point High School in West Point, Mississippi and went to school part-time at the University of Cincinnati, where she was a candidate for a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. Lee received a certificate in Personal Computer Training from Queen City Vocational Center. Lee developed her administrative, communication, project management, and organizational skills while working for Cincinnati Gas and Electric Company, Great American Insurance Company, and Fifth-Third Bank. She volunteers as a Sunday Care Director and enjoys singing, dancing, and working with children. Lee joined the Leadership Scholars Family in June of 2009.
